Brief History

Pro Placements was established with the belief that a top recruitment service is needed in the South African market and hence we believe that offering professional, accurate and efficient delivery of candidates to our clients is a pre-requisite, and we ensure we deliver nothing short thereof.

Pro Placements has offices based in Johannesburg, and we service the entire South African market across all industries and throughout all provinces. Many of our clients rely on us to find them top tier quality candidates for specialist roles, whether it is on a permanent or contract basis.

Pro Placements was established by a dynamic duo, namely Natalie Burford (Managing Director) and Nthabiseng Poli (Business Partner).

Natalie offers over 10 years of experience within recruitment, predominantly having focused on placing finance professionals throughout Southern Africa, and having worked for some large international recruitment firms. Natalie has a completed BA Honours degree, passed with distinction and has a passion for working with individuals to align them to their “Dream Job” and their career path, whilst simultaneously ensuring suitable candidates meet and exceed client’s expectations.

Natalie prides herself in her integrity and ethics, and is registered with the African Professional Staffing Organisation, ensuring that she is compliant in her processes. Natalie furthermore uses her experience in assisting graduates entering the market in developing and creating an efficient cv and offers free advice on how to enter the job market successfully.

Nthabiseng is a firm believer in skills integration in order to achieve a common goal. Accepting challenges is a foundation of her life and professional experience. She has accumulated 5 years working experience in the Recruitment Industry within various sectors i.e. Insurance (long and short term), Manufacturing, FMCG and Retail. Furthermore, Nthabi is heavily involved in the upliftment of youth in poor communities engaging in community organisations to defeat poverty and help youth development on soft and interpersonal skills, social, ethical, emotional and cognitive competencies for the Youth with Vision – Self Sufficiency and Youth Economic Participation.

A member of the Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisation, studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and a completed Certificate in Recruitment. In 2016, she was interviewed by Dj Sabby and Tshepi on YFM #TheBestDrive covering content of youth and graduate unemployment.
